The President Nigerian Army Officers’ Wives Association (NAOWA), Mrs Salamatu F Yahaya held an interactive session with the graduating class of the NAOWA College on 7 August 2022 at the NAOWA College Auditorium, Asokoro Abuja.
NAOWA President and selected NAOWA Executive Members from various fields of professionalism offered career talk and counselling to the students. Professions and disciplines discussed include medical services, Pharmaceuticals, Business, Education, Legal services, Accounting, Finance, Public Sector, Entrepreneur, Catering, Trade Skills and Economics.
The NAOWA President emphasized the importance of positive mindset, development of competences, upholding integrity, selflessness, self-Discipline and perseverance. She encouraged the students to imbibe the culture of practice and research in order to succeed.
While appreciating the NAOWA President and her Executives, the Chairman Parents Teachers Association, Pastor John Shaibu stated that, the students should count themselves lucky to have had an interactive session with the President of NAOWA and other professionals. He charged the students to ensure that everything learnt is held onto.
The Head Girl, Olufavour Eniojo, appreciated the President and her entourage for the wealth of knowledge impacted on the students during the event.
