The NAOWA Education Committee has conducted it scheduled NAOWA Staff Development Workshop Series with the theme: ” Creativity in Teaching, Learning and Safety Measures” It held on 18 September 2022 at NAOWA College Kurudu Abuja.
In her remarks, Mrs Salamatu stated that the NAOWA Development Staff Workshop Series is part of measures aimed at enhancing the capacity and welfare of teachers as well as all staff of NAOWA schools. She emphasised that training and staff welfare is top prioty for effective teaching and learning outcomes. She urged all beneficiaries to make adequate use of the training gotten to be better and more productive considering the resources put into training and capacity development.

Mrs Yahaya further appreciated all NAOWA Staff across NAOWA institutions for their commitment in the discharge of their duties.
The Chairperson NAOWA Education Training Committee Mrs Fatimah Sani Mohammed earlier in her opening remarks, appreciated the President NAOWA for her laudable projects and further stated that the Staff Development Workshop Series has so far impacted on the Staff of NAOWA Institutions.
One of the Resource Persons, Mallam Abdulrasaq Muhammad, spoke on “Safety and Security Measures in Schools” while Mr Abdulhakeem Adeyemi, delivered two separate sessions on the topics: “Activities Based Learning Principles and Impact” and “4C’s of 21st Century Learning” which are Critical thinking, Creativity, Collaboration and Communication.
Highpoints of the event was an interactive session, presentation of Gift items to deserving staff and group photographs.
